Skreena is committed to using AI responsibly, transparently, and fairly. Our AI provides structured analysis to help recruiters make informed decisions. We do not make hiring decisions - we provide insights. The final decision always rests with the human recruiter.
Skreena uses advanced large language model technology to assist with candidate screening. Here's what our AI does:
Our AI evaluates candidates by comparing job requirements against the candidate's experience, skills, and interview responses. The assessment is based solely on the information provided in the job listing and by the candidate.

We employ a dual-agent review system where a second AI reviewer validates scoring for quality and consistency. This helps ensure balanced, reliable assessments.
Recruiters can request a deep analysis on any candidate, which provides an additional review from a different AI perspective. This "second opinion" feature allows recruiters to gain further insights and validate initial assessments.
All analysis, scores, and insights provided by Skreena - whether from initial assessment or deep analysis - are for informational purposes only. They are designed to assist recruiters in their evaluation process, not to replace human judgement or decision-making.
Our AI is text-based only. We do not use video analysis, facial recognition, voice analysis, or any biometric assessment. Scoring is based purely on qualifications, experience, skills, and interview content.
We have conducted testing using identical CVs with varied demographic indicators (different names suggesting different genders and ethnicities, different ages). Our AI produced consistent scores across all variations, confirming that demographic factors do not influence scoring.
Unlike traditional machine learning systems trained on historical hiring data (which can embed past biases), Skreena uses a general-purpose AI that evaluates each candidate fresh against the specific job requirements. There is no "who we hired before" data influencing outcomes.
Every score and insight is grounded in objective, job-relevant criteria. The AI explains its reasoning, allowing recruiters to verify that assessments are based on legitimate qualifications and responses.
We continuously monitor our AI systems and welcome feedback. If any concerns about fairness or bias are identified, we investigate and address them promptly.
